Senior Citizen Activities

 Let the Fun and Games Begin with so many different activities ideas for our seniors. There are activities for indoor as well as out door. These programs can be modified to meet the individual’s ability to function. The best part about these different activities is that they bring more joy and happiness to our seniors by causing them to more active with other individuals; family and or friends or both. No one wants to feel left out or alone; regardless of your age and especially our elders.

In this case; senior activities; to me opposites (young and old) seem sometimes to have the same result. These  various activities would be fun for children as well as our seniors and therefore even more fun for both spending  "precious time together".

We are never too old and never too young to laugh and have fun at home or away.

Our Senior Citizens can stay home, possibly alone or go to a senior community center. Both options are OK. There is another really great choice. Seniors who need help don’t have to go it alone because of  the members of Tommy’s Team.
